The honest schedule for a house this size is that a lot of the week happens at 330 Tango Mar Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Twenty-four people do not need a packed itinerary. They need the gulf, a pool, and a kitchen that can feed them without a reservation.
Most of the day is already here
The private beach and the boardwalk are the morning. Beach chairs are complimentary in season. The private pool and hot tub are on the gulf side, so the afternoon does not need a plan. Four covered decks and a covered patio with games cover the hot part of the day. Four bikes are included when someone wants to move without loading a car.
Seaclusion has two kitchens, one on the first floor with gulf views and a full kitchen on the third floor, so lunch can stay home. A second living room covers the split between a game and a nap. Wi-Fi is in the house if somebody is still working, and the TVs use your own streaming accounts. The gallery is the easiest way to see how that outdoor space sits on the gulf.
When you do leave
Destin is a drive east. The harbor is the reason most people go: fishing charters and the boats, on the busier side of this coast. That busier stretch is why the house sits in Miramar Beach instead. If part of the group wants a public park for an afternoon, Henderson Beach State Park is on the gulf in Destin. It is a different kind of beach day than the private boardwalk out front.
West of the house, the coast continues toward 30A and the beach towns in that direction. It is a drive, not a walk, and it is optional. The week does not depend on it. A rainy day, or a day someone wants to be indoors in town, is a better time for the harbor and the outlet shopping in Destin than for forcing another hour on the sand. The house still has the two living rooms and the covered decks if the vote is to stay in.
