What to sort out before you book a house that has to hold a real group on this stretch of the gulf.
These are the questions that come up before a reunion or a retreat. Will everyone actually have a bed? Is the beach private? Is the house on the quieter side of the Destin area, or on the busy sand?

It has 9 bedrooms and sleeps 24, with a private beach, a private pool and hot tub, and an elevator for floors 1–3. The elevator does not go to the parking level.
